- Call and message data — phone numbers, call transcripts, voicemail recordings, and SMS content processed by our AI assistants on your behalf.
- Usage data — how you interact with the dashboard, analytics, and AI assistant settings.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information for security and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve our services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To generate conversation analytics and lead scoring
- To send service-related communications (billing, outages, feature updates)
- To protect against fraud and abuse
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Knight Shift Agents:
- Deepgram — speech recognition for phone calls
- Twilio — telephony and SMS delivery
- Google Gemini — AI language model for conversation and analysis
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel and Google Cloud — hosting
- Resend — email delivery
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
4. SMS and Mobile Data
We respect your privacy regarding your mobile information. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain conversation transcripts and analytics for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
