- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information for security and performance.

- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To generate conversation analytics and lead scoring
- To send service-related communications (billing, outages, feature updates)

4. Data Retention
We retain conversation transcripts and analytics for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
