1. Service Description

Knight Shift Agents provides AI-powered phone and messaging agents for businesses. Our agents handle inbound calls, send SMS responses, qualify leads, and book appointments on behalf of your business.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • All plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • All plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy within your first 30 days, we'll refund 80% of your subscription — no questions asked. The remaining 20% covers your dedicated onboarding and provisioning costs.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits for call minutes, SMS messages, and number of agents. Usage beyond plan limits may result in temporary service suspension or overage charges. We will notify you before any overage charges are applied.

4. AI Agent Limitations

  • AI agents are designed to assist with common inquiries but are not a substitute for licensed professionals (legal, medical, financial).
  • Agents may occasionally misunderstand or provide imprecise responses. You are responsible for reviewing conversation logs and correcting errors.
  • We do not guarantee any specific revenue increase or lead conversion rate.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business information for your AI agent's knowledge base.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including TCPA regulations for automated calls and texts.
  • You must not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Knight Shift Agents, you consent to the collection and processing of call and message data as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

Knight Shift Agents is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
